1. Acceptance of Terms
By using VapeDelivery powered by Slurpi (“VapeDelivery,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms and all applicable policies. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be of legal age to purchase vape, smoke, nicotine, and CBD products in your state of delivery, and
- Show a valid government-issued ID at delivery when required.
We reserve the right to refuse service if eligibility cannot be confirmed.
3. Service Areas
We currently operate in:
- Texas
- Ohio
- Pennsylvania
Orders placed outside our service zone may be canceled.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining your login credentials
- Ensuring your information is accurate
- Preventing unauthorized access
We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraud, abuse, or violations of law.
5. Ordering & Delivery
When placing an order, you:
- Authorize VapeDelivery or its service partners to fulfill delivery
- Agree to provide accurate delivery instructions
- Agree to show valid ID for age-restricted purchases
If ID cannot be verified, delivery will be returned and appropriate fees will still apply.
6. Pricing & Payment
Prices may change without notice.
You agree to pay:
- Product prices
- Delivery fees
- Taxes
- Any applicable restocking or return fees
We use third-party processors for payments; we do not store full card details.
7. Refunds & Returns Policy
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued when:
- The recipient fails ID verification
- The customer provides incorrect address information
- A buyer refuses delivery without cause
- Opened, used, or tampered-with items cannot be returned
Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be considered when:
- Incorrect items are delivered
- Damaged or missing items are documented at delivery
- The order was cancelled before preparation or dispatch
Refund approval is subject to review and proof may be required.
8. Risk & Liability
We are not responsible for:
- User misuse of products
- Allergic reactions
- Third-party network failures
- Delivery delays caused by weather, traffic, or merchant issues
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Provide false identity
- Purchase on behalf of minors
- Use the platform for illegal reselling
- Interfere with service operation
Violations may result in suspension or cancellation of orders.
10. Modifications
We may update policies, pricing, or terms at any time. Continued use signifies acceptance.

2. Driver Agreement / Merchant Agreement
A. Driver Agreement
(for VapeDelivery Couriers)
1. Independent Contractor Status
Drivers are independent contractors, not employees. You determine your own schedule and accept or decline deliveries voluntarily.
2. Responsibilities
Drivers must:
- Verify age and ID where applicable
- Follow delivery instructions
- Return undeliverable orders (failed ID, inability to contact customer, or address issues)
Failure to check ID may result in service removal.
3. Conduct Standards
Drivers agree to:
- Be courteous and professional
- Not consume intoxicants while on duty
- Follow applicable state laws
- Protect customer data and delivery contents
Drivers are responsible for their own vehicle, gas, maintenance, licensing, and insurance.
4. Payouts
Drivers receive payouts based on completed deliveries
Bonuses or incentives may be offered at VapeDelivery’s discretion
5. Account Suspension or Termination
VapeDelivery may suspend driver access for:
- Fraud or theft
- Delivery tampering
- Failure to verify ID
- Misuse of platform or abusive conduct
B. Merchant Agreement
(for Partner Stores not owned by VapeDelivery)
1. Partnership Scope
Merchants provide VapeDelivery with product listings, prices, prep times, and inventory accuracy.
2. Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants agree to:
- Prepare orders accurately
- Follow age-verification rules when applicable
- Maintain product quality and compliance
3. Fees & Payments
VapeDelivery may collect customer payment
Payouts are remitted to merchants on agreed schedules
Chargebacks may apply in documented fraud or product-quality claims
4. Conduct & Compliance
Merchants must:
- Follow all laws relating to vape/nicotine/CBD sales
- Maintain proper licensure where required
- Not engage in misleading, harmful, or illegal practices
5. Suspension or Termination
Merchant access may be suspended for:
- Non-compliance
- Illegal activity
- Repeated service complaints
3. Return & Age Refusal Policy Page
Return Policy
VapeDelivery only accepts product returns in limited circumstances:
- ✔ Wrong or missing items
- ✔ Incorrect product due to merchant or driver error
- ✔ Damaged or defective products identified immediately upon delivery
🛑 We do not accept returns on:
- Used or opened vape, smoke, CBD, or nicotine products
- Customer remorse or preference change
- Items rejected because identity cannot be verified
Age Verification Requirement
All orders containing age-restricted products require:
- A valid, government-issued ID
- A matching name to the purchase file
Failure to provide valid ID will:
- Result in order return
- Still incur delivery/handling fees
Repeat refusal may lead to account suspension.
